Please be advised that once the vessel has departed, we cannot return to the pier to pick up passengers. Refunds will not be offered under such circumstances so please make sure that you arrive in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.

Dress Code: Smart to formal, gentlemen are encouraged to wear a jacket and tie. No sportswear or denim. Bateaux London reserves the right to refuse entry based on inappropriate attire. Refund will not be offered under such circumstances.
