Come and join the Doctor Who Tour of Cardiff Locations and take an intergalactic fun packed bus tour of the locations in the Welsh capital where much of it has been filmed since the show’s return in 2005. The tour departs from Cardiff Castle in the city centre every Saturday from April to October.

The 4 hour Doctor Who Tour takes in over 20 locations in and around Cardiff such as where the rift cracked open, Amy Ponds village, Rose Tylers workplace as well as locations from spin off shows – Torchwood and The Sarah Jane Adventures.

With the locations scattered around Cardiff the bus tour is the best way to see the sites and your qualified guide will also point out other interesting landmarks along the way too.

You’ll learn how the show is made, watch the DVD clips as we pass the actual locations and get trivia about some of the stars from the show. Along the way you’ll have the chance to get off the bus on several occasions, stretch your legs, take pictures and see the locations up close. Its also a great way to see Cardiff and its surrounding areas as we visit the National Museums of Cardiff and Wales, the Bay area, the City Centre and the suburbs.

Feel free to dress up as the Doctor or his assistant or any other character in the series, (only if you want to). Keep your wits about you as we’ll test your knowledge on the Doctor with our trivia quiz. The Doctor Who Tour will finish back at Cardiff Castle.
