Enjoyed the Salisbury, Stonehenge and Bath Tour in March. Lots of time to see the cathedral and Stonehenge, and the Roman baths. Would loved to have a little more time to tour the town of Bath. Graham, our tour guide, was entertaining, informative and considerate.

We are from Hong Kong and on honeymoon to London. We wanted to visit Stonehenge and Bath in one day so joined the local tour by Golden Tour. Sue was our tour guide. She was 'everything' we were looking for as a tour guide. She has 30+ years expereience. She spoke very well Oxford English. She gave brief background to you before each visit of different sites. She was very helpful throughout the day. We felt so lucky to have her in our honeymoon. We joined different local tours in Europe and Sue was definitely the best we have met. From the reviews on the Internet like Tripadvisor, there were dozens of positive comment about Sue. Thank you so much Sue! It was our pleasure meeting you.

Hi We have just returned from London and whilst we were there we went on your London bus tour. We booked this tour at Christmas through agent. When we got to the pick up point at Trafalgar square the booking agent at the stop promptly took our vouchers and printed out our tickets. He offered an upgrade to a hop on and off tour which we took because it then gave us a Thames clipper boat journey and more flexibility. He was very helpful as we had booked for three adults but he felt at 13 my son should really be classed as a child so telephoned your office to check. Once we boarded the bus the driver was very friendly and advised us to pick up head phones, map and a rain cover which he said we may need as rain was forecast. We plunged into to the audio tour and were very impressed with the information about various landmarks and buildings on the route. We did hop off at various points along the way to take in the sights. Whilst on the journey the rain started to fall and we felt we would rather take the boat journey another day. The driver was very helpful and suggested places we could go for a coffee to warm up and which point the following day we would need to get off the bus to take the boat tour. The following morning we decided to board the bus at a different point and waited just outside Hay-market. The bus arrived after about twenty minutes and then we were on our way. We got off at our designated stop and went to board the boat. We all thoroughly enjoyed this journey and it was something we wouldn't have done as we would imagine it too experience for us. We then boarded the bus to return to our original stop. We all really enjoyed our bus tour and boat ride. It was one of the highlights of our break in London. The only suggestion I could make to improve this would be too perhaps have a tour with a live commentary maybe once or twice a day. We have been on a bus tour in the past in oxford and the guide was so enthusiastic about her home city she was a wealth of information that you just wouldn't be able to convey in an audio tour. That is the only suggestion I would make that would improve the tour. Myself and my family would like to thank you for such a wonderful experience and hopefully to join you again when we return to London in the summer. Keep up the good work. Kerry Fortey

We happened to catch one of the first coaches that had a real guide on it. Joe was amazing! He answered every question posed to him, gave incredible info that you wouldn't normally get other places and was able to personalized the tour to each group. So glad we did this hop on hop off and incredibly glad we got Joe. Timely, comfortable and all the staff were amazing and helpful. Thank you!

I took the Royal London/Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle Tours in September 2013. Royal London guide Margot was wonderful, and very knowledgeable. We got into Buckingham Palace much quicker through the group entrance. For popular tourist sites, joining a tour -- of any kind, anywhere -- may be worth the price to avoid the long general admission line.

Tour overall was excellent. Saw so much in one day, but didn't feel rushed. Train was good. Tour guide Michael was excellent. Tried to book the £10 pick up from hotel, but having already booked the tour online was told that we would have to pay extra, it would be £33 for 2, so booked taxi from hotel instead £25, and was picked up in a Mercedes Benz, much better value.
