Welcome to the world of Ripley’s Believe it or Not! London’s Biggest New Attraction!

Situated in the heart of the West End at 1 Piccadilly Circus, the attraction houses over 800 authentic, original and unbelievable exhibits spread over 5 floors!

Ripley's Believe It or Not! offers a unique mixture of entertainment, education and fun for the entire family and appeals to anyone with a basic sense of curiosity. Guests of all ages will appreciate the original and unbelievable exhibits.

From an albino alligator to a 3,000 lb piece of the Berlin Wall, a Swarovski-covered crystal Mini Cooper and three unbelievable human shrunken heads from Ecuador, the attraction features exhibits so bizarre they leave visitors wondering if something so outlandish could really be true.

Additional strange items on display include a magnificent portrait of Princess Diana made of laundry lint from a clothes dryer, a copy of The Last Supper painted on a grain of rice, the famous sweater worn by Marilyn Monroe during her last photo shoot on the beaches of Malibu, a mummified man, and a genuine moon rock.
Robert Ripley, the globetrotting creator of the Ripley’s Believe It or Not! cartoon in 1918, displayed his first collection of oddities at the Chicago World’s Fair in 1933, filling the exhibition hall with hundreds of genuine artefacts he had gathered from his travels to more than 200 countries. Today, his exotic treasures can be seen in 30 Ripley’s Believe It or Not! attractions worldwide.

World Famous Fertility Statues!
As London prepares to have one of the hottest summers it’s seen for some time - Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, the global authority on the weird, strange and bizarre – adds an unusual twist in the form of two authentic African fertility statues, which 2,000 women believe may have helped them become pregnant.

The five foot high wooden statues originate from the Ivory Coast of West Africa and after they were originally displayed at Ripley Entertainment’s head office in Orlando, Florida, some 13 office staff and visitors became pregnant.

Following a world tour of Ripley’s museums in 1996 the company received over 2,000 letters from women who had become pregnant shortly after touching the statues, even though many had been told by doctors they would never conceive. The good news for any would-be mothers who are having problems is that the statues are now back on the road and have arrived at the new Ripley's Believe It or Not! museum at 1 Piccadilly Circus – ready and waiting to be touched.

Ripley's Believe It or Not! spokesperson David Gray said: “We are not making any claims for the statues, but it is amazing just how many women have told us they became pregnant after touching them, even though some of them had been told they would never give birth”.

So why not make the summer even hotter. Anyone who fancies what could be the cheapest fertility treatment in the world is welcome to come and try their luck at Ripley's Believe It or Not!

The World’s Smallest Car!
The p-50 holds the record for being the smallest road-legal car ever produced and you can now see at Ripley’s! Measuring just 134 cm (52.8 in) long and 99 cm (39.0 in) wide and weighing only 59 kg (130 lb.) it has a single cylinder 49 cc engine!

You Won’t Believe Your Eyes!

Mirror Maze
The mirror maze challenge provides family friendly entertainment that will appeal to children, teens and adults alike. The maze consists of a series of columns and arches surrounded by hundreds of mirrored reflections in every direction. The floor lighting enhances the "infinity effect" by giving the illusion of continuing hallways, when in fact you may be at a dead end! The more participants in the maze, the more confusing it is. See hundreds of reflections of yourself in every direction. The mirror maze challenge is to "get lost" and find your way out again. Backwards or forwards, it's never the same experience twice!
