Travel from London Gatwick airport to any central London* hotel (or vice versa) in the luxury of an 8 seater passenger vehicle. Transfer services are available from 5am to midnight, 7 days a week.

Have the peace of mind knowing that once you have booked your transfer, you will have a designated driver to meet you and there will be no hidden charges to pay on arrival. All flights are checked continually to ensure that even if your flight is delayed, you can meet the next one at no additional cost to yourself!

As only vehicles up to 8 seats are used, the maximum number of drops is not more than 3, ensuring a quick and safe journey to your hotel.

* Central London does not include the Docklands area.

• Please note transfers are only available between 5am and midnight.
• Each passenger is allowed maximum 1 medium size suitcase and 1 carry on.
• Please check for wheelchair access before booking.
• Clients should proceed to the airport information desk to meet either a representative or driver who will be holding a Golden Tours/CTUK shared ride sign.
• For return journeys to Gatwick airport, clients are advised to call 24 hours before travel to confirm their pick up times – the approximate pick up time from the hotel will be 5 hours before flight departure.
• For no shows and cancellations received within 48 hours of the transfer time, a 100% cancellation charge to be applicable. Outside of this period no charges to apply.
