Keypitts Farm
Keypitts Farm has been in the Chugg family since the 15th Century and was until recent years a full working livestock farm. With the decline in farming throughout the UK, Wendy and Fred decided it was time to diversify and turn the farms attributer in a new direction. In this case, quad biking, 4×4 jeep drives and horse trekking activities.
Fred, a keen motorcycle fan and Wendy, who was never happier than when she was riding horses, decided to combine their talents and turn their hobbies into a commercial venture.
They set about purchasing their first Quad Bikes and only seven days from the initial decision to go for it, they opened both stables and quads to the public. The rest is now history, with Keypitts fully open for 4×4 jeep drives and quad biking experiences.
Keypitts Farm is set in a picturesque valley, only three miles from the North Devon coast. The farm has 200 acres of wooded and pasture land, with brooks and ponds which all add to the excitement of the many activities on offer.
Keypitts is constantly acquiring and updating their adventure equipment and facilities, which will include a Games Room and covered area in the near future, all adding up to the great day of fun. As well as the 4×4 jeep drives and the quad biking which forms the core of our venture, we have since added indoor and outdoor paintball to our list of activities.
Keypitts has a Snack bar for light refreshments, and in the summer employs up to 35 people ensuring constant care and attention at all times.

Paintball
Indoor shoot requires a minimum of 8 players and a maximum of 12.
Outdoor shoot requires a minimum of 10 players and a maximum of 40.
Quads
All quad times are plus 10- 15 mins training and tuition on an enclosed track, before heading out on your chosen farm ride.
4*4 Jeep Drives
A Jeep Drive requires a full valid Driving License however jeep rider are available for up to 3 passengers not requiring a diving license
