The Tour
The tour of the new Wembley Stadium can include visits to the VIP Club Wembley Middle Tier of the stadium for a fantastic panoramic photograph, the Manager’s Press Conference Room, the Player’s Tunnel, the Royal Box and England’s Home Dressing Room where the 3 Lions prepare for every international match. You’ll go where the players go, see what the players see and feel what the players feel.
The History
Your tour will also pay tribute to Wembley’s illustrious past with historical artefacts such as the Olympic Torch from 1948 and the infamous Crossbar from England’s World Cup win of 1966.
Looking to the Future
Wembley was the proud host of the 2011 UEFA Champions League Final which was watched by 300 million people around the world! The event was so successful that Wembley will host the Final again in 2013; the first time in history one stadium has been awarded the Final twice in 3 years. Wembley will also proudly host the Men’s and Women’s Football Finals for the London 2012 Olympics so there has never been a better time to visit the stadium as we prepare for two of the biggest sporting events in the world!
Best Sports Tourism Award
The Wembley Stadium Tour was awarded the Silver Prize for ‘Best Sports Tourism’ at the 2008 Visit London Tourism Awards and is a Visit England Quality Assured Attraction.
The Exhibition of Champions
Supported by UEFA, the exhibition celebrates 56 years of glorious European Football history and forms part of the Wembley Stadium Tour.
