Five Things to Do in London this July

Whether you want a new perspective from the River Thames or want to step inside an iconic landmark, we have some amazing ideas to get you out and about.

Pop on your sunnies, and pack a water bottle, it’s time to explore London while it’s red hot. Here are our top 5 things to do in July.

1. Wimbledon Afternoon Tea Bus

As the world’s finest tennis players take centre court, take your seat on the upper deck of a beautifully decorated double-decker bus and enjoy a quintessential afternoon tea while touring London. Indulge in scones, finger sandwiches, cakes, hot tea or coffee, a glass of Pimm’s or Prosecco, and of course strawberries and cream! It would not be a celebration of Wimbledon without the famous refreshing and traditional treat. Eat, drink and enjoy the views of the capital as you journey past Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, the Tower of London, Trafalgar Square, and so much more.

2. Arsenal – Emirates Stadium Tour

Get into the spirit of the 2026 FIFA World Cup with a tour of Emirates Stadium in London, the home of Arsenal F.C. Not only will this pump you up for the upcoming tournament, but you can also celebrate Arsenal F.C. winning the Premier League 2025-26! Explore the current champions’ modern stadium with audio commentary, and visit the Press Room, the players’ tunnel, dugout, and more. You will enjoy incredible sights of the Emirates pitch, and learn all about the history of the club. It’s a must for football fans of all ages!

3. Tower Bridge

Tower Bridge is one of London’s most recognisable and iconic landmarks, and as well as being picturesque, it has a long and interesting history spanning 135 years. A visit to Tower Bridge allows you to wander through the high-level walkways, enjoy amazing views of the capital and engage with the interactive displays and exhibitions. Admire the foot and car traffic below from glass floors and snap pictures as the hustle and bustle of London unfolds beneath your feet. Be sure to explore the engine rooms and step back into the Victorian age, to learn about the machinery and people who worked there and made the Bridge the famous landmark it is today.

4. Warner Bros. Studio Tour London

In honour of Harry Potter’s birthday on July 31st, why not celebrate by going behind-the-scenes of the beloved film series? Visit Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter and dive into an extraordinary world of magic with sets, animatronics, props, costumes, special effects, art, and so much more. See Harry’s cupboard under the stairs, wander through the Forbidden Forest and pose for pictures on Platform 9¾, see Buckbeak the Hippogriff, admire the incredible Hogwarts castle model, stroll down Diagon Alley, and even ride on a broomstick! It’s an enchanting day out the whole family will love.
