From hot houses at Kew Gardens to ornate roof gardens with stunning views of the city, you’re never far from a hidden oasis in London.
If you want to visit any of the places mentioned, tickets for Kew Gardens or the Sky Garden can be booked online in advance. Entry to the Barbican Conservatory and Avery Hill Winter Garden is free, but check opening times before you make the journey.
