Tour Guide for Coach Tours (Fluent in English and Mandarin)
 

Job Profile

We are looking for bilingual tour guides fluent in English and Mandarin  that are enthusiastic and passionate about meeting people and showing tourist the best London and uk has to offer. 

The ideal candidate will consistently deliver memorable and enriching experiences.

Hours of Work

You would be required to work full time, between 07:00 - 22:00, according to the rota 5 days a week including weekends.  

Salary
A starting package of  £21,000 (negotiable) per annum.

Sales Representatives –  Central London location

Job Profile

Full time Sales Representatives are required to join our fast growing team.

This role requires you to work outdoors at various tourist sights and undeground stations.

Job Description Hightlights
  • Selling the Open Top Bus sightseeing, attractions and theatre products. 
  • Upgrading customers existing tickets and ability to promote and sell other attraction tickets and tours,
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all paper transactions
  • Achieving daily sales targets
  • Learning 
Hours of Work
You would be required to work minimum 40 hours per week on average, working hours of between 8am - 6pm and times will vary.

Salary
A starting package of £9.50 per hour (after Initial two week Training period ) plus weekly performance-based commissions is on offer.

SEO Executive

Role overview:

We are looking for a talented SEO Executive to ensure that our organic performance is as high as possible. You will have experience in both the technical and non-technical sides of SEO. You will have an eye for targeting the most relevant search terms, for ensuring that our pages are fully optimised and that we are building the highest quality links, with valuable partners. You will also be able to spot an opportunity and quickly act upon it.

You will ‘own’ our SEO strategy and ensure that the strategy is always up-to-date. You will be responsible for maximising organic traffic and click through rates, whilst having the confidence to report on the results. You will be aware of what our competitors are targeting, and bring our online channels the best quality traffic. You will build campaigns and ensure that any changes are made to maximize performance. You will have an input into the way in which the onsite content is written.

You’ll be able to put your own stamp on your work, and have the responsibility of selecting the SEO priorities. You will have previously been involved in the launch of a new website. You must have good knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console and the latest tools used for measuring performance, as well as keeping up-to-date with the latest industry developments. You will be a key member of our Digital team.

  • Website Audits and Log Files Analysis
  • Optimizing Copy on Product and Landing Pages
  • Link monitoring and Outreach Campaigns

  • Identify and Implement new Revenue Driving Opportunities
  • Suggest and Implement Technical Improvements
  • Identify new/most Valuable Search Terms to Target
  • Highlight Conversion Rate Improvement Opportunities

Essential Criteria:
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar role of managing SEO campaigns
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console and other top SEO tools
  • Full understanding of link building and all elements associated with running a top performing SEO program
  • Strong Technical SEO skills
  • Experience of overseeing the launch of a new website
  • Experience with mobile first implementation
  • Be highly analytical and capable at sifting through data and identifying appropriate nest steps
  • Good understanding of HTML, Java, CSS
  • Knowledge of how website design and structure influence SEO
  • Good understanding of other digital marketing channels, especially Social Media
  • Good understanding of content writing and PPC marketing
  • Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to spot any gaps in our SEO campaigns
  • Proactive and professional attitude to work and learning
  • Well organized with a 'can do' and positive attitude. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Having an excellent understanding of the impact that SEO has on overall sales
