Visitor Centre Assistant

 

Job Profile

A full time shop and departure assistant is required to join out London based team.

The role involves working as the first point of contact for all walk-in guests at our primary Visitor Centres.

Job Description Hightlights
  •  Answering all walk-in enquirers
  • Assisting with departures of all tours and services from the Visitor Center
  • Liaising with tour guides and sales reps across London providing up-to-date stats and information
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all transactions
  • Responsible for dealing with escalation requests from our call-center
  • Selling products and services to walk-in customers
Hours of Work
The role is based around a 2-days-on, 2-days-off shift pattern. Each shift operates 7am-8pm.

Salary
A starting package of £7.50 per hour plus performance-based commissions is on offer.

Tour Guide for Coach Tours (Fluent in English and Mandarin)
 

Job Profile

We are looking for bilingual tour guides fluent in English and Mandarin  that are enthusiastic and passionate about meeting people and showing tourist the best London and uk has to offer. 

The ideal candidate will consistently deliver memorable and enriching experiences.

Hours of Work

You would be required to work full time, between 07:00 - 22:00, according to the rota 5 days a week including weekends.  

Salary
A starting package of  £21,000 (negotiable) per annum.

Sales Representatives –  Central London location

Job Profile

Full time Sales Representatives are required to join our fast growing team.

This role requires you to work outdoors at various tourist sights and undeground stations.

Job Description Hightlights
  • Selling the Open Top Bus sightseeing, attractions and theatre products. 
  • Upgrading customers existing tickets and ability to promote and sell other attraction tickets and tours,
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all paper transactions
  • Achieving daily sales targets

Hours of Work
You would be required to work minimum 40 hours per week on average, working hours of between 8am - 6pm and times will vary.

Salary
A starting package of £8.50 per hour (after Initial two week Training period ) plus weekly performance-based commissions is on offer.

Product Development Executive
 

Job Profile

A leading Sightseeing Company in the heart of London is looking for a Product Development Executive to support the Business Development Director. The role involves maintaining and developing supplier relationships, sourcing new products and features, dealing with contracts and planning and overseeing large events throughout the year. You will also be required to attend networking events and trade shows. We are looking for someone with a confident, bubbly personality and an in depth understanding of the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, and offer excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate.


Job Description Hightlights
  • Build and maintain relationships with and then manage the performance of suppliers
  • Support the Commercial, Finance and Operational teams in the agreement of contracts with suppliers, including discounts, short term exclusives and amendments
  • Keep up to date with market trends and support the identification and sourcing of new and ad-hoc products and features
  • Assist the procurement of services and products for the business
  • Research, identify and source new event opportunities
  • Compare costs, quality and service to ensure the highest standard
Hours of Work
This is a Monday-Friday role with working hours of 9am-5pm.

Salary
A starting package of £25,000 - £27,000 per annum is on offer, subject to experience.
