Paulton's Park

Paultons Family Theme Park in Hampshire, on the edge of the New Forest, offers a great family day out with over 50 different attractions and rides included in the price. The variety of things to see and do includes thrilling and gentle rides, dinosaurs, museums, animated shows, play areas, exotic birds and other fun activities for all ages in garden setting.

Santa Wonderland:
This spectacular Christmas experience delights children and grown-ups alike! Enter the sparkling tunnel and walk through scenes where amazing characters sing and celebrate the wonder of Christmas.
Children meet Santa and receive an exciting present in his toy factory. Adults are served hot fruit punch and a mince pie in the festive atmosphere of our Christmas-themed Village Life Museum.

Water Kingdom
Kids love splashing around so imagine a whole world of water jets, giant tipping buckets, fountains, and super soakers for them to enjoy and explore - welcome to Water Kingdom!
Huge new 8500ft kids' splash park paradise features over 40 different ways of getting wet and a new seated patio area nearby so parents can relax whilst watching the fun!

Floating Globe
The new ‘plaza’ entrance area was created in 2008 to mark the Park’s 25th anniversary. The spacious entry to the Park features the fascinating Floating Globe.
Measuring 1.5 metres in diameter it is the largest of its type in UK.
The Floating Globe is made of solid granite and weighs 6.5 tonnes, yet it 'floats' on jets of waters and can be turned with the touch of a finger – it is truly amazing!

Gold Rush Falls Adventure Golf
Challenge the family to an exciting game of Adventure Golf through an abandoned Californian Gold Mine!
£1 deposit per club required, refunded at the end of your game.

Wizard Percy and the  Lost Dragon
Little Wizards and Witches will love joining Percy and Scotty in a magical journey of song and laughter as they try to track down the mythical Lost Dragon of Paultons Park.

Penguins
Humboldt Penguins will fascinate and entertain all the family as they go about their daily business. Spectacular Penguin pool with underwater viewing areas. Feeding sessions daily. 

African Aviary
A variety of birds from Africa live in the newest and biggest aviary at Paultons.
See African Crowned Cranes, Touracos, Cape Teal, White-faced Whistling Ducks and many others.

Land of the Dinosaurs
Set in marshland beside the river, are 13 different kinds of dinosaurs.
With the sound of cicadas and bullfrogs as a backdrop, you can hear the dinosaurs roaring and grunting in the undergrowth! One of them – ferocious Tyrannosaurus Rex has escaped and is about to attack the Astroglide!

The Magic Forest
Follow the yellow brick road and press the buttons to see the nursery rhymes come to life!
See Old King Cole, the Old Woman Who Lived in a Shoe, Little Miss Muffet, Pussy in the Well, Humpty Dumpty falling off the wall and lots more!

Exotic Bird Collection
Our extensive collection of over 250 species of birds come from all over the world including parrots, owls, hornbills, cranes, flamingos and pelicans.
All the birds are paired for breeding as many species are being threatened with extinction in the wild. A large proportion of our birds have been bred either at the Park or in this country
 
VISITORS INFORMATION:

Car:
Paultons is easy to reach being JUST OFF EXIT 2 OF THE M27, close to the edge of the New Forest National Park.
Follow the brown tourist signs on the motorway.

Bus Service:
The X7 Salisbury-Southampton service (Mon-Sat except Public Holidays) - Stops at the Vine Inn, Ower (walk down drive).
During certain Wiltshire School Holidays some journeys go to the Park Entrance.
On Sundays and Public Holidays this service is numbered X71 - Buses go to the Park entrance during normal opening hours.

Trains:
The nearest train stations to Paultons are ‘Romsey’ and ‘Totton’, both of which are situated approximately 4 miles away from the Park and would therefore necessitate a short taxi ride.
Southampton Central station is further away from the Park (approximately 8.5 miles) but is better served by mainline services and is situated across the road from the city bus terminus thus providing a link to the Park.
