Dolls and Toys
Our collection Doll and Toy collection is made up of hundreds of historical dolls and toys from around the world. Many of them were collected by Daisy Mander of Wolverhampton.

Geology
Our collection of over 5000 British fossils represents the main fossil groups through most periods of geological history. The collection was assembled by Dr John Fraser at the end of the 1800s.

Local History
Focussing on the local manufacture of decorative art and industrial design, the collection includes decorative items from the last four hundred years, owned, used and donated to us by Wolverhampton families.

Travel
Wolverhampton is well served with bus, train and tram links to Birmingham and other towns in the West Midlands.
The Art Gallery is situated in the centre of Wolverhampton, 5 minutes walk from the bus, train and tram stations.
Bantock House is located approximately one mile from Wolverhampton city centre.
If you are coming by car, follow the signs for Wolverhampton from the M5, M6 and M54, Wolverhampton Art Gallery is signposted off the city ring road. There are several car parks nearby. The Civic Centre car park is the closest. Please see the PDF below for a map of the available car parks in the city centre.

Cafe
The café is open between 10.30am and 4.30pm and offers a mouth-watering selection of both hot and cold light meals and drinks. This includes Wolverhampton’s best selection of loose-leaf teas as well as Illy espresso coffee drinks. The dishes are freshly prepared on-site and range from Asian savoury to jacket potatoes and soup of the day. You can also treat yourself to a slice of delicious home-made cake.
