- Tickets can only be cancelled before 1st December 2023. After this date, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- If booking as part of a group, please complete one transaction to ensure you will be sitting together at Dinner. There is no guarantee that passengers will sit together on the same table if booked separately.
- Dress to impress.
- Luggage and large bags are not allowed on board.
- Roads may close early on NYE. Please check road closures on the Transport for London website before you travel.
- Crown Pier is located approximately 10 minutes away from Doggett’s Coat and Badge. A Golden Tours rep will walk with you from the restaurant to the pier.
- Please show your Ticket and Boarding pass (which will be emailed to you in December), to gain entry to the pier. Entry may be refused without these.
- The bar on-board the cruise will only accept cash payments.
