Here’s how it works:
  • Our Best Price Guarantee applies to our hop-on hop-off service and coach tours within and outside of London (and it must be in the same currency).
  • If you find a lower price, keep proof and request a refund of the price difference, along with your proof.
  • We will refund the difference if you submit your request within 72 hours of booking.

 

How to request a refund from Golden Tours:

  • Make a copy, print out or screen shot of the lower rate.
  • To submit a refund request, send an email to priceguarantee@goldentours.com with your name, Golden Tours booking reference number or ticket reference number and your home address, plus proof (receipt, price list, flyer, web address or web screen shot, etc) of the lower price.

Golden Tours Best – Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions:

  • Golden Tours Best Price Guarantee is only applicable for customers that have made a purchase through www.goldentours.com. Qualifying purchases must include a minimum spend of £15.00 (or equivalent in your local currency). Please note that attraction, show, concert and event tickets are not covered by Golden Tours Best Price Guarantee.
  • Retail and prepaid rates do not include discounts you may receive (or be eligible for) from third-party organizations. Only retail rates available to the general public are covered by Golden Tours Best Price Guarantee.
  • Golden Tours reserves the right to verify details of the lower price where possible; all refund decisions will be made at sole discretion of Golden Tours.
  • Refunds of the price difference will be processed to the payment card used for the original booking, please note: Golden Tours will only process one ‘Best Price Guarantee’ refund per tour or activity purchased.
