Explore the gorgeous Hampton Court Palace and the surrounding area at your own pace with this handy day trip by train. Start off at Waterloo Station at 8.30am, where you’ll meet a Golden Tours representative at the Information Desk (next to Platform 12), and receive a welcome pack with all you’ll need for the day. The train departs at 9.06am, so sit back in your seat and relax as you zoom to the outskirts of London. Once you arrive in Hampton Court, the beautiful area and palace is yours to explore for the day.

Hampton Court Palace
The glorious Hampton Court Palace nestles on the edge of the River Thames, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The palace has so much to explore, including the Cumberland Art Gallery which displays magnificent pieces from the Royal Collection, Henry VIII’s Great Hall, hung with splendid tapestries, the incredible hedge maze which was originally commissioned in 1700 and the breathtaking gardens which span over 60 acres. It’s the absolutely perfect place to spend a relaxing and peaceful day.

Trains return to London every 30 minutes until approximately 10pm, so simply head back to London when you’re ready!
