- Club level doors open 2.5 hours before kick off.
- All tickets are located in Home supporters area. Any guests seen to be openly supporting the opposition are liable to be refused entry or ejected from the stadium.
- Opposition colours or shirts are NOT permitted.
- Children and families are welcome.
- If a match date changes from Saturday to Sunday or vice versa, refunds are NOT possible.
- If a match is postponed at short notice due to poor weather conditions, industrial action, force mayor or any other reason not within the control of the football club, the match ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
- E-tickets will be emailed days in advance.
- You must add an email address at the time of booking, otherwise tickets cannot be sent to you. Match tickets will arrive 3-5 days before the match.

You will enjoy premium Club Level seats at Emirates Stadium and will be able to take in all the exciting action from a great vantage point. With some of the best views of the pitch, Club Level seats ensure you’ll never miss the talented players passing, shooting and tackling throughout the 90-minute game! These premium seats are padded and located in the middle ring of the stadium.
After arriving at Emirates Stadium, settle down in your seat and get ready for the match. At halftime, you can grab a drink at one of the Club Level restaurants. Choose from a selection of drinks including beer, wine, soft drinks, tea and coffee and if you’re hungry, food is available to purchase (not included).
You can take home your match day programme as a souvenir from your day at Emirates Stadium and visit the fascinating Arsenal museum before or after the match. You are also invited to return to the stadium for a tour of the grounds on a non-match day.
